Nadia holds over 12 years of experience in personal and business banking, with over 17 years in real estate investing, and holds a PFP designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. In 2017, she was one of Scotiabank’s top business advisers in Toronto, bringing in $60 Million in sales. Nadia has been advising friends and family on their real estate purchases for years, and is excited to expand her knowledge of the industry as a Sales Representative in this next stage of her career.
Nadia’s passion for real estate estate and investing goes as far back as she can remember. At the age of 21, she was already a landlord and flipping houses on the home design and staging side. After her time in finance, becoming a Real Estate Sales Representative felt like an exciting and natural progression.
Toronto is home for Nadia, as she both lives and works in the city. She also holds international investment experience, owning her own property in Costa Rica. Nadia’s family has roots in the beautiful country, which has allowed her to gain a great deal of knowledge about this market and can guide any clients who are interested in purchasing property in the country.
With a passion for philanthropy and giving back, Nadia currently works with Diabetes Canada, developing strategic partnerships to help fundraising efforts working with the banking, insurance and IT industries.
