When Michael was 24 years old, he built a cabin in the backyard of his family cottage on Lake Simcoe from the ground up, sparking an interest in building and development. After completing the Construction Management program at George Brown College, Michael embraced entrepreneurship head on starting a business flipping houses, developing an income property portfolio, and supervising the construction of over 300 new homes.
Michael’s passion and expertise in land development parlayed him into a career in the family business of real estate, obtaining his realtor’s license after noticing the lack of agents in Toronto that fully understood the comprehensive building and development process. With the knowledge and experience from his technical background in construction, Michael approaches every deal with a critical eye and puts himself in his clients shoes, using a lens to discern “would I buy/lease this?” ensuring that his clients real estate investments are sound.
