My business is centred on investment real estate which provides me with the opportunity to work in a number of other practice areas.
My residential practice consists of advising investors and end-users on the acquisition and disposition of assets including resale condominiums and freehold properties, pre-construction units, residential multifamily properties, and other residential properties intended for investment purposes such as renovation and infill construction projects.
My commercial practice focuses on land development and the acquisition and disposition of income-producing assets. As a natural complement to this work, I am experienced with commercial leasing and provide both landlord and tenant representation.
With over 5 years in the real estate business, I have trained extensively both theoretically and practically with industry leaders in all fields. I have also had the privilege of working in a buyer’s market in Ottawa before working in a seller’s market in Toronto. This has allowed me to gain experience in a short period of time on how to navigate these various market conditions and be confident in my ability to move assets in any market.
