To date, I have negotiated deals, both individually and as part of teams that combine for a total of $400M in real estate sales. My highlights include selling units for record-breaking prices at coveted addresses such as 20 Stewart and the Thompson Hotel. I have personally outsold entire developer sales teams, negotiated successfully many-a-time through multiple offer situations, and I’m especially proud to say I was able to successfully sell a long list of challenging properties over the years (both luxury and entry-level) that were otherwise considered un-sellable.
