In 2011, Brett Starke founded Starke Realty. He joined PSR Brokerage in March 2017, where he focuses on condos, family homes, multi-residential properties, first time buyers & young professional renters. Previous to joining PSR, Brett worked with Royal LePage both in Ottawa & Toronto.
Prior to this he attended the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Mass in June, 2016. During this time he worked closely with Bruce Patton, a distinguished fellow of Harvard University & co-author of the best selling book “Getting to Yes”.
Brett attended Carleton University in Ottawa and graduated from the law program as he served as a member of the Queen’s York Rangers & Regiment De Hull in the Canadian Armed Forces. He’s a proud member of the Dream Mountains Foundation where he’s climbed mountains including Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu and Everest Base Camp. Brett is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement Central Ontario where he is a lead advisor of a Company Program team.
Since founding Starke Realty, Brett has focused on multi-residential commercial real estate investments. During this time Brett purchased a large multi-residential commercial building, therefore such he understands the challenges associated with these properties as an owner & property manager as well as a realtor.
Since 2015, Brett & his team have helped over 100 clients move. In 2018 Brett had had a banner year and reached $14.25 million in sales, making him one of PSR’s Top 10 Realtors. Brett not only achieved PSR’s Diamond Award in his second year in Toronto, but was also named PSR’s Brand Ambassador.
