Brett Starke joined PSR Brokerage in March 2017, where he focuses on condos and family homes, multi-residential properties, first time buyers & young professional renters. Previous to joining PSR Brett worked with Royal LePage both in Ottawa & Toronto.
Prior to this he attended the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Mass in June, 2016. During this time he worked closely with Bruce Patton, a distinguished fellow of Harvard University & co-author of the best selling book Getting to Yes. He is excited to use these skills in Toronto’s ever-changing market.
In 2015 & 2016 Brett helped 73 clients move putting him in even a better position to help you. He is confident that he can help you make the right move in Toronto, Etobicoke, Peel & York Region.
Brett attended Carleton University in Ottawa and graduated from the law program as he served as a member of the Queen’s York Rangers, a reservist regiment in the Canadian Armed Forces. He’s a proud member of the Dream Mountains Foundation where he’s climbed mountains including Kilimanjaro & Machu Picchu in support of Habitat for Humanity and the Ottawa Senators Foundation. In 2015 during a Dream Mountains Trek Brett was on a journey in Nepal ready to climb up to Everest Base Camp when the earthquake struck the country. He plans to go back in 2018 to fulfill his quest. Brett is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement Central Ontario where he delivers programs to elementary school students in their classrooms about entrepreneurship, money, & business.
In 2011 Brett founded Starke Realty where he focused on multi-residential commercial real estate investments. During this time Brett purchased a large multi-residential commercial building, therefore such he understands the challenges associated with these properties as an owner & property manager as well as a realtor.
