Get to know Ana in Ten Questions:
What made you decide to get into real estate?
My entire work portfolio has consisted of marketing and sales for an assortment of up and coming brands, whether it be food, fitness, or apparel. Naturally, I decided to make a small adjustment and upgrade from promoting and selling products, to selling real estate!
Where would we find you on a Friday night in Toronto?
Ever since Covid-19 I had to make the effort to capitalize being at home all of the time. Months later it has actually become a preference of mine to stay inside Friday nights and watch a documentary or two while simultaneously browsing through Amazon.
Most embarrassing real-estate moment:
Let me just start off by saying everyone makes mistakes. Coming from a foreign country and being given a foreign name, Anat, it can be difficult for people (RECO) to familiarize themselves with uncommon names.
As I was getting registered with RECO for the first time, they ended up misspelling my name in the most unfortunate way possible! Let’s just say a 1 letter difference can change a word’s meaning completely. I’ll let you figure it out for yourself.
Who stands out to you / do you most admire in the business world right now?
What is the career philosophy / mantra / inspirational quote that gets you through tougher days?
“I can do this, I thought. Then: And even if I can’t, I have to.”
“No! Try not! Do or do not, there is no try.” – Yoda
What is your theme song?
Any instrumental by Hans Zimmer.
Describe your dream home in three words.
Cozy. Views. Sauna.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Having an established name within the real estate business world.
Never being “satisfied” with myself physically and mentally so that I can continue to push myself to become my best version.
When you’re not wheeling + dealing real estate, what can we find you doing?
Exploring local dog parks with my corgi and trying not to skip upper body day at the gym.
