Real Estate Industry Veterans Joins PSR’s Administrative Team June 2nd, 2020

At PSR, we are grateful to have experienced growth over the past few months, especially during a time of uncertainty.

Join us in welcoming two real estate titans, Brian Torry as Broker of Record and Mark McLean as Associate Broker. Combined they bring over 50 years of real estate experience and will elevate the level of service PSR provides to its entrepreneurial agents.

Brian Torry was born and raised in Toronto and holds over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is an award winning sales person at multiple brokerages, including winning “Top New Salesperson” within his first year. Brian’s impressive roster of experience doesn’t stop there. He was the Manager and General Manager at Bosley Real Estate, holds 10 years of experience in arbitration and Mediation, is the past Chair of Arbitration and Vice-Chair Professional Stands at TRREB, Director of TRREB 2017 to 2020, Chair of Government Relations Committee and past Chair and a member of many TRREB committees, as well as committee work at RECO and CREA and current Partner at InCommon Projects.

Impressed yet? Brian is also a community activist and past Chair of Roncesvalles MacDonell Residents Association, Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust and other local organizations.

“I am beyond thrilled to have Brian Torry join PSR as Broker of Record. Brian’s track record and experience perfectly position the brokerage for expansion and will help evolve what we can offer to our agents.” says Adam Stern, President Resale, PSR Brokerage.

Mark McLean’s impressive real estate career includes Founder/Partner and Broker of Record at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada (Ontario), Manager of Bosley Real Estate, President and Broker of Record at Property.ca Realty, Director-at-Large and President of the Toronto Real Estate Board from 2013-17, Director-at-Large of the Ontario Real Estate Associate, Chair of various TRREB and OREA committees including MLS, Finance, and Condo committee, and his current role as VP at Key Living, just to name a few.

“Mark is someone who I’ve looked up to for years both personally and professionally, and I’m thrilled to have him join the brokerage. Mark raises the bar when it comes to PSR and our future expansion program.” says Adam.

Since the launch of their custom application, The PSR Virtual Assistant, the brokerage has focused on integrating a traditional and digital hybrid brokerage model. PSR looks forward to expanding their model across the GTA alongside Brian and Mark.
