About Sherri Goodwin

Shifting gears from the pursuit of an accounting designation, Sherri Goodwin obtained her real estate license in 1990 when double-digit mortgage rates prevailed, and house prices were falling.  After deciding that this might not be the best time to start her real estate career, she returned to the business in 1997 following the addition of her second son to her family.  Sherri quickly followed in her mother’s footsteps, pursuing her desire to sell residential pre-construction, and forged a long-term affiliation with a Waterloo Region home builder. 

However, after a 13-year stretch in new and resale home sales, personal reasons led her down a different path - attaining a Business diploma from Conestoga College and exploring other career paths including the fields of automotive, mortgages and insurance.

Fast forward to 2023 when Sherri made the return to the hustle and bustle of real estate sales, and in 2024 was thrilled to have joined PSR as part of Vong Realty Group, under the leadership of Vong Kennedy.  Finding a team that had aligning values and a client-centric approach was key.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Sherri fishing with her partner, cooking up something new, at a music venue, or delving into the world of travel.
