Semhar has always had a love for real estate. Seeing the happiness in her clients after helping them make some of the biggest decisions of their lives, is so rewarding to her.

With over 9 years of experience in hospitality management, she has a proven ability as a leader and ensures her client's needs always come first. Semhar is originally from Vancouver, BC. She spent 3 years at Langara College studying for her BBA and moved to Toronto in 2017.

While studying to obtain her realtor license in Toronto, she was a senior manager for one of the biggest restaurants in Canada, training and overlooking a team of over 80 staff. Her loyalty, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients are something that she takes great pride in.

Semhar currently lives in the Downtown core and specializes in condos, first-time home buyers & young professional’s looking for places to rent. When she’s not working, you can find her reading, watching Netflix, or exploring new restaurants in the city!
